ONLINE GROUP CLASSES

FREE OFFERINGS:

In light of our global movement towards social distancing, during this time of COVID-19, I have moved all teaching online and created several new group classes to foster community and support collective needs.

As we move into this brave new world, I want to ensure that we are all supported in our human need to move and breathe as effortlessly as possible.  These classes are designed to support your health with calm, clear minds and strong, supple bodies.

For the time being, all classes are offered free of charge, with an option to donate what you can.  Cost should be no barrier at this time.  However, I do appreciate your financial supportat whatever level works for you. 

(Starting April 1, classes will be available at a nominal rate.  I encourage you to test them out and take advantage of them now, for FREE!)

Monday March 23:

10:30am - NERVOUS SYSTEM EASE

Calm & reset your central, parasympathetic, & autonomic nervous systems.  This class uses gentle somatic techniques involving breath, gentle movements, and specific eye patterning-- to innervate your Vagus Nerve (which is directly connected with our emotional state.) Feel more calm, aware, awake.  Get ready to greet your day!

11:30am - FOOTSIE- {Feel Grounded Footwork}

A class designated for happy feet, helping you feel grounded, stable and secure.  
Learn how to massage your feet open, using acupressure points and melting techniques. 

**PROPS NEEDED: Tennis Ball -OR-  Racquet Ball

12:30pm - MOVEMENT MEDITATION {Fluid Grace Yoga}

A fluid floor class.  Largely inspired by Yoga Narada, somatic movement & Shen Tao principles. Gently awaken your nervous system, connect to your tantien, and nourish your prana-- with an experience of fluid grace. 

Tuesday March 24

9:45am SELF-CARE MASSAGE 

Learn how to relax your neck and muscle tension + rejuvenate your body, mind & spirit.  In this gentle experience & richly informed class, we will touch on: trigger points, acupressure, reflexology, visceral organ health, and various ways to manually self-care.  Become your own personal spa day. Your health is your wealth!

10:45am - INTRO TO GYROKINESIS®

An introductory class to Gyrokinesis basics.  Learn to locate and move from your "seed center" in rhythmic, fluid motion.   Similar to vinyasa, in that we continually move, yet different from "regular yoga" because we don't hold the pose.  Sister method to the Gyrotonic Expansion System.  The journey IS the destination. 

Props needed: A stool or armless chair to sit on.  (Yoga mat optional.) 

Thursday March 26

11:30am - BREATHE GRACE

Soften your diaphragm.  Strengthen your lungs.  Expand your inner space. This breathwork class primes your body for optimal pranayama.  Suitable for ALL AGES & ABILITIES. 

12:30am - GYROKINESIS® (ALL levels)

HOW THE CLASS WORKS:

Classes are held on a platform called Zoom.  We will be able to see and hear each other, just like in "real life."
